It was a great night for outdoor music at the Minnesota State Fair and John Mellencamp provided plenty of that with a performance on the Grandstand as part of his "Sad Clowns & Hillbillies Tour". Twin Cities fans had a great time rocking to many memorable hits with some new material also mixed in.
