The return of Kandace Springs to the Dakota Jazz Club stage was highly anticipated after her previous performance earned a glowing review from the Star Tribune. Her Prince connection gains her immediate acceptance here in Minneapolis, but she backs up every bit of expectation with dynamic, jazzy vocals and jaw dropping skills on the keys. Springs personality also shines through during the performance and she couldn't help but demonstrate how she tends to sing literally everything.
