Who could ask for a better event to kick-off the outdoor Summer Festival season than Soundset. There's a lot of Minnesota pride surrounding this significant gathering as local Hip Hop label Rhymesayers has built this festival into a big name, first rate celebration. This year's lineup included J. Cole, Ice Cube, Big Sean, Ludacris, Logic, Yelawolf plus Rhymesayers mainstays Atomosphere, Brother Ali, Aesop Rock with Rob Sonic and Dessa. Although the weather was not ideal, spirits remained high and the show went off without a hitch.  You must make a point to be part of the magic as the festival moves venues in 2016 to the Minnesota State Fair Grounds.
