The Final Full Cross Country Tour

If you ask me what my favorite outdoor music festival to photograph each year is, I would respond without hesitation - Vans Warped Tour.

If you've never been to Warped Tour, now's your last chance to the longest running traveling music festival. Getting the most out of this mega event does require some front end research and preparation.

  • Prioritize which of the approximately 50 bands you won't allow yourself to miss over the course of about 10 hours.

  • Map out performance times and determine which of the 6 stages you need to navigate. Make sure to also build in time to visit the small village of tents for food, merchandise and band meet-n-greets. Pace yourself, it's a marathon!

  • Dig a little deeper and find out about the charitable organizations supported by this event such as: To Write Love On Her Arms, Can You Hear Me, MusiCares, Sweet Relief Musicians Fund

  • Most everything else you would want to know about logistics and how to be prepared for the day are covered in Warped 101 - always a good resource no matter how many times you've gone.

This historic final chapter begins June 21st in Pomona, CA. The 25th stop on the tour will be at Canterbury Park in the Twin Cities July 22nd, before it all wraps up in West Palm Beach, FL on August 5th. Everything is in place for you to have one amazing live outdoor music experience, don't miss out and come prepared to make the most of it.
